Description
Course Description:
Mastering the use of a massage tool is a game-changer, enabling precise pressure application without strain on your fingers and thumbs. However, there’s a catch: improper grip on the tool can lead to hand discomfort. In this course, you’ll discover techniques to pin the massage tool effectively while seated, utilize your body weight for efficient force application, maintain a relaxed grip, adjust pressure through body positioning, and palpate target tissues. Moreover, utilizing massage tools over clothing, especially in chair massage, proves invaluable for preserving hand health. This course equips you with the knowledge to seamlessly integrate massage tools, replacing traditional thumb, finger, or elbow techniques.
Participants are asked to bring: Set of linens, and preferred massage lotion.
