Elevate your massage practice with this Aromatherapy Foundations course, tailored for massage therapists seeking to integrate essential oils into their treatments. We will explore 10 carefully selected plant profiles known for their effectiveness in massage therapy and learn to create custom blends to address client concerns such as pain relief and stress management. Gain a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, application methods, dilutions, and the therapeutic effects of oils. Class will practice and follow a demonstration of a massage treatment using these custom blends. Essential for therapists looking to enhance their practice, this course equips you with the knowledge and skills to seamlessly integrate aromatherapy into your massages.
Participants are asked to bring: Set of linens, two (2) face towels, two (2) hand towels, your preferred massage oil, and note-taking materials. Essential oils and carrier oil for blend formulation will be provided.
