What Do I Do If I Can’t Attend a Live Course I Already Purchased?
We understand that life can be hectic. If you purchased a course that you can no longer attend, please email us at info@hicigo.com. We allow students to transfer their registration to a different course. However, we only allow this one time per each course purchased. If a student misses their rescheduled course date, they can’t receive a refund or transfer to another date.
