This comprehensive course is presented by oncology massage instructor Maureen Abson, author of the best selling book “Healing Massage”.
Based on latest research, this course teaches how to work safely and effectively with clients who have cancer or cancer history.
Split into two parts, the course covers both the application of general massage treatments for clients with cancer, and an introduction to Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Suitability
In order to complete the certification that comes with this course, you must be a licensed/qualified rehabilitation therapist. This may include Rehabilitation Professionals, Manual Therapists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists, OTA’s, Trigger Point Therapists, Physical Therapists, PTA’s, Nurses.
