Lecture and Labs
IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL BE TAUGHT:
- Anatomy of the Lymphatic system
- History & Pathologies.
- MLD to specific pathologies for example, total knee replacements, Ankle Sprain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Pre and Post injuries and surgeries.
Participants are asked to bring: Sheets, lotion/oil, Pen/pencil and Notebook.

About the Instructor:
With seven years of experience as a PTA in outpatient Physical Therapy in conjunction with being a Lymphedema Therapist. She developed 3 levels of approved NCBTMB MLD courses, focusing on the MLD technique. Each student will gain a great understanding of the anatomy, the purpose of our lymphatic system, and the benefits of the MLD technique.
