Course Description:
Cranial Sacral Message Therapy is a non-invasive type of bodywork that alleviates the human body from tension and stress of the muscles and joints, specifically in the regions of the head, neck and lower back.
This class will touch on all of the following topics:
- The Anatomy of the feet, hands and ears.
- Contraindications
- 2 massage sequences to use in their practice.
- You will also recieve a manual to take home for future references.
Participants are asked to bring: Note pad, pen or pencil to take notes, oil or lotion & hand sanitizer, 1 face cradle cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 4-5 pillows, 1 bolster and a massage table.
