Workshop Description:
Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will earn their American Heart Association Basic Life Savings CPR Card. Cards are issued electronically within a week of course completion.
This course covers:
- Topics of Adult, Child and Infant CPR
- Choking mitigation
- Use of an AED
*What to Bring: Loose comfortable clothing should be worn.

About the Instructor:
John has worked for Cortiva Institute as a Massage Therapy instructor since September 2022. He also has a massage practice, Roosen Wellness, providing both mobile and fixed location massage at Sensorric Spaces.
