Tragerwork Mindfulness is a unique form of bodywork that explores the body-mind connection through somatic movement, aware touch, and shared mindfulness.
The Tragerwork Mindfulness group of workshops explore the body-mind connection through somatic movement, aware touch, and shared mindfulness. These skills complement your massage treatments by: reducing or eliminating massage therapist burnout; preparing the client’s body for deep work with less strain; developing, transmitting and sharing mindful presence. The basis of this class in particular, is the experience of grounding by promoting proprioceptive rooting for balance and stability. Feet, legs and hips, and their interconnection with the rest of the body, are the focus of this training.
