You will learn how to apply body mechanics, body weight, presence, and the breath to bring the transformative nature of Thai Massage to life!
This two day, hands-on intensive class provides the basics of Thai Massage that will inform and invigorate your practice for years and set you apart from other bodyworkers. History, Technique, Theory, Body Mechanics, Breathing and Mindfulness are explored. A 90-min “routine” based on the Chiang Mai “classic Routine” in supine, prone and side-lying postures is demonstrated and practiced in class. Participants can work the routine as a stand alone session, or they can take pieces and parts to enhance their clients experience. A complete manual of the routine is included.
