Workshop Description: 

In this Reiki Level 2 course, students will learn advanced reiki healing techniques and how to apply them to a reiki treatment. This course covers the three reiki symbols, their uses and benefits and when and how to use them in a reiki treatment. We also discuss distance reiki healing for people, plants, places and situations. This course covers meditation, energy theory, and using reiki at a higher frequency. At the end of this course, students will have knowledge on advanced reiki healing and feel confident in giving a remote reiki treatment.

To prepare for the reiki course, it is advised to eliminate caffeinated beverages, alcohol, and recreational drugs three days prior to the course.

Drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet. Meditate 10 minutes a day or take a walk in nature

About the Instructor:

Aiyana Fraley is a licensed massage therapist of over 20 years, a reiki master, kundalini yoga teacher and writer. She is the founder of Hand to Soul School of

Reiki and Healing Arts where she teaches courses on reiki, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, and intuitive bodywork to massage therapists and those

interested in the healing arts field. Fraley is a graduate of Florida College of Natural Health where she earned an associates degree in massage therapy.

She earned her bachelor’s of arts in anthropology and sociology with a concentration in women’s studies from Florida International University and

holds a master’s degree from the University of Miami. Fraley is a first generation American born to Cuban and Ecuadorian parents.

Having an immigrant and American experience in her upbringing shaped her studies and guided her to reclaim her ancestral healing practices.
