About the Instructor:
My career in massage started in September of 2015 at the Institute of Bodywork Studies in Flower Mound, Texas, where I completed 570 hours of core-curriculum massage therapy classes with 120 hours of those hours for the internship program. I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Texas since September of 2016
My desire to help people live pain-free lives, have better range of motion and a general sense of well-being has been my passion since choosing this career.
That passion led me to completing my Medical Massage Certification in 2018.
Since starting my career as an LMT, I have completed over 7,500 hours of medical massage and provided advanced bodywork techniques to include: prenatal, lymphatic drainage, cupping, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, Neuromuscular, Neurokinetic Therapy and TMJ. I love helping others learn the art of massage and teaching them different modalities to work with the many factors that effect people every day.
My new passion in life is becoming a milkweed farmer to help the Monarch butterflies (the Texas State insect) not become an endangered species and making my own seed paper for people to be able plant butterfly gardens.
