Objective: The goal of this class is to guide self-employed massage therapists and estheticians in creating an effective and organized business plan. The course covers:

- Detailed company information
- Insights on products and services
- A thorough discussion on market analysis, strategies for implementation, sales, partnerships, management, and financial planning.
This challenging class is a prerequisite for Practice Building 2. By engaging actively in class discussions and adhering to the Business Plan Outline, participants can significantly reduce the risk of business failure and increase their chances of success. Following this model is a strategic approach to risk management.

Charles Wiltsie has over 34 years of expertise in the Medical and Day Spa Industries as a Massage Therapist and Consultant. The primary focus of his massage practice and training is to service the Massage Client and Health Services Provider. Charles is a Connecticut State Licensed Massage Therapist and Approved Continuing Education Provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
