Course Description:
Nano-needling is classified as micro-needling, but the primary difference is that the depth of the needle is able to penetrate only the first layer of the skin. If your client is experiencing deep lines, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks or deep acne scars, micro-needling might be for them.
This course will focus on (but is not limited to):
Participants are asked to bring: Set of linens, hand towels, note-taking supplies, and a model to practice the technique on (see guidelines below).
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Model cannot be contraindicated for nano-needling service
- Model cannot be on doctor prescribed medication such as Accutane or any other skin medication
- Model cannot have received any microdermabrasion, chemical peels, retinol, hydroquinone, laser treatment or IPL in the 3 weeks prior to course
