Muscle Fiber Methodology is a unique combination of methods incorporating Muscle Fiber Manipulation, Passive Stretching and Client-Specific Exercises that allows clients to reach optimal performance. Muscle Fiber Methodology will also help to prevent common injuries sustained by massage therapists.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Understanding the importance of passive stretching
  2. Understanding when, where and how to apply passive stretches
  3. Knowing how passive stretches impacts muscle imbalances positively
  4. Learning appropriate passive stretches for different part of the body
  5. Implementing passive stretches in regards to client’s needs
  6. Identifying muscle imbalances via diagnoses (if any)
  7. Assessing other imbalances
  8. Identifying muscles creating imbalances
  9. How to create a treatment plan
  10. Applying the methodology according to assessment and treatment plan
  11. How to combine muscle fiber manipulation and passive stretching
  12. Demonstration of methods learnt
