Workshop Description:
Participants will learn the effects and benefits of effectively stretching their clients. They will also gain an understanding of the contraindications associated with stretching, and how to stretch clients in a safe and effective manner.
What to Bring: Note taking supplies and a great attitude.

About the Instructor:
Virginia has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. Having held a massage license both in Maryland and in Washington state has given her the opportunity to work on a wide variety of clients, from children to the elderly, weekend warriors to professional athletes. She found a passion for teaching as a trainer for Baltimore area spa and became an instructor at Cortiva’s Baltimore campus in 2020. Her desire to help massage professionals increase their marketability led her to become an NCBTMB approved CE provider in 2021.
