Workshop Description:
Learn the art of using hot and cold stones individually and simultaneously. This course foceses on case specific areas of the body and speak to specific uses of stones for discomfort and injuries in:
- Shoulder
- Elbow
- Hip
- Knee
- Hamstrings
- Quads
- and Low Back
Participants will receive a set of Basalt stones.

What to Bring: Participants will need to bring a set of sheets, and a bolster. Also please bring massage oil.
Instructor: Dionne Rich
About the Instructor:
Dionne Rich is a Licensed Massage Therapist, owner of Reconstruct Therapeutic Massage, LLC. She is a licensed Massage Instructor and Licensed Continuing Education Provider. She has instructed students at Cortiva Institute and served as Spa Manager at Cortiva institute, supervising 250 plus students for five years. Mrs. Rich has Co-authored three continuing educations programs for Prenatal Massage, Muscular Re-education (Myofascial release, trigger point and Sports combination) and Reflexology.
Desiring to enhance the full scope of her interest Mrs. Rich became a certified Health/Live Coach in 2018 and has maintained a Cosmetology License since 1991.
