Course Description:
This intensive 2-day training provides students with a complete foundation in non-invasive body contouring. Through in-depth theory, hands on demonstrations, and guided practice, participants will learn five of the most in-demand body sculpting modalities and gain the confidence needed to safely and effectively perform treatments in a professional setting.
The course also covers business essentials, pricing strategies, documentation practices, and marketing methods—making it ideal for both new and experienced beauty professionals looking to expand their services.
DAY 1 — Theory, Foundations & Demonstrations
- Course introduction, instructor/student introductions
- Overview of all five body sculpting modalities
- Sanitation, professionalism, and safety standards
- Body anatomy: fat cells, cellulite formation, skin layers & elasticity
- Contraindications and treatment safety
- Cavitation theory, machine settings, safety protocols & treatment zones
- Radiofrequency (RF): skin-tightening science, temperature control & technique
- I-Lipo laser: pad placement, timing & safety
- Vacuum therapy: suction settings & lymphatic drainage
- Wood therapy: tool usage & sculpting patterns
DAY 2 — Hands-On Training & Business Development
- Safety review, client consultation & treatment expectations
- Hands-on Cavitation + RF: full protocol practice & correct movements
- Hands-on I-Lipo laser: pad placement & machine operation
- Hands-on Vacuum therapy: sculpting techniques & lymphatic strokes
- Hands-on Wood therapy: full area contouring & precision tool control
- Creating treatment plans: combining modalities, intake forms & photo documentation
- Business training: pricing, memberships & social media marketing
- Final exam and practical assessment
- Certification upon completion
Participants are asked to bring: Note taking supplies.
