This class will be very hands-on and participatory. No PowerPoint presentation.

AIS (Active Isolated Stretching): Introduce and practice Aaron Mattes’ dynamic muscle lengthening and fascial release. We will be doing this with partners and individually for self care.

(8 ft. stretching strap included)

Jim Earley, LMT, Board Certified, Sports Massage therapist. Jim has been providing sports massage for 26 years to many colleges and universities in the Mid-Atlantic area and currently works with 30 teams at 14 colleges and universities as well as the Chesapeake Bayhawks Pro Lacrosse team. He was also Olympian Michael Phelps’s first massage therapist and traveled with him for several years.

Student should bring to class:

shorts, sports bras
