Course Description:
This course will focus on (but is not limited to):
- Exfoliation techniques
- Skin anatomy
- Cellular anatomy
- Indications / contraindications
- Acids
- PH
- Fitzpatrick skin types
- Client consultation
- Working with other modalities
- How to handle adverse reactions
- Pre- and post-care
… and much more. This course expands on knowledge gained from the Paramedical program, and you will leave class with the confidence of knowing how to perform advanced chemical peels for clients and how to best pair peels with other modalities.
Participants are asked to bring: Set of linens, facial kits, note-taking supplies, a live model (see guidelines below). *Please be sure model skin is prepped prior to class. If you are unable to prep skin before class, demonstrations will vary. *

About the Instructor:
Amy is passionate about education. She brings her years of experience in Esthetics, Makeup Artistry and Medical Assisting to the classroom. Amy also offers education in Dermaplaning, Nano-needling, Eyelash Extensions, Body Contouring, Brow Lamination and Lash Lift/Tint.
